Latency Problem on Xbox One X

Hello,

I have an issue with my Xbox One.

On my PC, i have 15/20 ms of ping in game. On my Xbox i got 60/65 ms.

I using it on Wi-Fi, so i tested on Ethernet, but my ping still on 60/65 ms.

What is the problem ?

Here my Detailed Network Statistics:

Download Speed: 203,24 Mbit/s

Upload Speed : 8,28 Mbit/s ( I got >200 Mbit/s on my PC)

Latency : 31 ms

Packet Loss : 0%

MTU: 1480

Try running a connection test on the Xbox for the most accurate ping reading, just visit Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics

Hi uBreaky,

As long as you are connected to Xbox Live and properly quit your games or restart your Xbox every now and then, your game progress and saved data will be automatically backed up to your personal Xbox Live cloud storage that will re-sync in case you need
to reset your Xbox or re-install a game.

Here is a quote from the
factory reset support article: "Your console syncs with Xbox Live automatically when it’s connected with the service, so if you've been offline for a while, you'll need to connect to Xbox Live before taking these steps."
