Latency on my Xbox Series S stands between 160 to 270ms

The latency on my series s tops 150 to 270ms.

I've also checked the advanced settings on the series s, and it remains 150ms.

I've also connected the ethernet cable, but it didn't even make a small dent in the latency.

However, I've checked the latency on xbox Live Servers using my laptop, and the maximum latency stand at 40ms on my laptop, but it remains 160ms when checked using xbox series s.

I've added the ports, enabled DMZ and disabled all firewalls but nothing seems to work.

When i plug the xbox one S’s in place of the xbox one then there is no problem and latency is 16. Thats using same wired connection. I have tried 2 xbox one S’s and they both have a latency of 16. I swap everything back and my xbox one goes over 160 again.
I dont see how that can be my ISP. I could be wrong but cant see how.

It’s not the TV I have no problems with my Xbox 1X or my PS5 they work perfectly fine same TV same receiver same eARC setup.

I’ve already done multiple factory resets.

Between the HDCP problem and the horrible input latency my Series X is nothing more than a paper weight.

I’m not the only user having HDCP issues with the Series X and Series S especially when using eARC there are 100’s of complaints on this forum and Reddit.

That link is useless, i had about as much help from customer services over the phone.

Let me try and explain myself better, for about a month my WIRED xbox day one console has been getting high latency (over 160). My two boys have xbox one S’s and they have a latency of 16. When i put either of those in place of mine using same ethernet etc
they are still 16. When i plug mine back in then its still over 160.

What did apple do to iphones when they wanted more people to upgrade, they slowed the old ones down.
