Problem with lag after 5-10 minutes

I have lag issues after 5-10 minutes I start playing.

when i turn on Xbox One I have:

    download speed 5.21 mbps

    upload speed 0.49 mbps

    packets lost with download 0%

    packets lost with upload 0%

    MTU 1480

    latency 186 ms.

    After 10 minutes i have:

    download speed 4.94 mbps

    upload speed 0.20 mbps

    packets lost with download 48%

    packets lost with upload 48%

    MTU 1480

    latency 1141 ms.

I don't use any program or computer when I play, they are all off.

If I restart Xbox One I haven't lag for 10 minutes, then the lag returns.

    Can you help me? thanks.

    latency, lag, connection lost

    Hi!

It would seem that it does not depend (from what I experienced myself) on a problem on your internet connection (or provider), but on that of your opponent. Usually the "highlanders" have lag problems (with high ping) and I doubt we can do much, only a matchmaking
with the same ping would solve or at least it would limit these episodes.

the bad thing about this is that every day is happening and I am not the only one, in the halowaypoint forum they comment on the same problem that I have. I have been expressing my problem for more than two months but I have not received an answer.

online game lag, lag, lag, every game every night

As Temhotabot has already stated, NAT status does not cause lag. As for the semantics of lag and latency, Lag is what you see on the screen, and latency on the connection is what causes lag.

NAT has nothing to do with lag because the NAT (Network Address Translation), on your router/modem only deals with converting outside IP addresses into internal ones for your own network. It's a firewall, an on/off switch, not a fast/slow switch.

For assistance with your connection performance, take a look at
    this link
and leave the NAT well alone.

Guns are a little too strong

Quick question OP. If the guns are SO overpowered, how can you shoot them, then they spin around and kill you as you stated? If the guns were OP'd. you would have killed them. Its more of a connection/latency/lag issue. When I am connected well to the lobby,
I can take some damage, screen turns red, and I can react and try to avoid the death, but when my connection/latency/lag is bad within a lobby, its INSTNAT death. Thats just lags issues.
