    Hello,

    I have some problems with my console.

    I have some latency issues even if I'm playing offline. I thought that the issue was due to my low ping but when I'm offline, I have the same problem.

    I thought that was due to my screen but my screen is ok, I have this one :

    Do you have any advices for me please ?

    I don't know if I have to buy a new Xbox or if there is a solution to my problem.

    Being Offline whilst having no connection issues

    1st , just try and sign out of your profile , then back in...if its still bad , try this below.....

    go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
    it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
    but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

    Being Offline whilst having no connection issues

    For three days now i have tried to connect my xbox to xbox live without success. I've gone into Network Settings and found that "It's all good" except that whenever i click on the option at Home saying "Connect to Xbox Live" it won't work, as if that button
    didn't work. The button clicks, the sound goes off but nothing happens. I can't watch Netflix, or play any games online. The Games and Apps react as if my console wasn't connected to the internet when "it's all good". Please help.

    @tohell, Gmail and everything else you mentioned is even close to being affected by latency. You could have latency of 200ms+ with packet loss and still run all of those!

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Similar to your console most games due require an active internet connection in order to fully install/update their content. While we understand that your goal is "offline" play you will still need to have an internet connection to complete full installs of your games as well as updating your console.
