    late shift game was gifted to me, and I finished downloding it my xbox

    the problem was it will go to menu option and press start the screen turned black the game wont start

    What should I do?

    Hi Jessie,

    Are you experiencing this issue with other games and is there any error code or message when this happens?

    Have you tried reinstalling the game then restarting your console? Try unplugging the power cables as it’s possible this is being caused by the system cache, which can cause game and app freezes/crashes and slow performance.

    Also make sure you’re signed into the correct account, unless your console is set your home xbox then you can use any profile installed.

    Late shift is a great game, I personally enjoyed it and would recommend. Happy gaming!
