Although your question is not very specific, I can offer some general advice about the maintenance of your XBOX, which may in turn help with your issue.

Most "freezes" I've experienced with various electronics are a result of simply forgetting to keep the console clean. Be sure to keep the XBOX in a well ventilated area where it shouldn't overheat, and periodically use electronic approved "duster spray"
to keep the vents as free of dust and particles as possible. Using a lens cleaning disc to make sure the games don't freeze up during the reading or loading process might also be helpful.

Additionally, if you're experiencing software issues, you can try clearing the system cache (by pressing the indicated button after going to settings > storage and hitting the button for "device options" which should give you the option to clear the cache
or perform maintenance). I've also discovered that sometimes running the initial setup through the settings options can help with minor issues.

Another thing to try is to see if there are any corrupt files on your Xbox and delete them. These files are marked with a big fat yellow circle with an exclamation point in the center. Note that unfinished downloads might also show up this way; you can always
redownload purchased items through the download history, so don't fret if you accidentally delete thse or if you feel better doing so just as a precaution.

Lastly but not leastly, sometimes it's a matter of overheating or interference. If all else fails, unplug the XBOX for at least five minutes, but preferably fifteen, check that all wires are secure and not unsafe (like bare spots, etc), and/or plug it in
a different outlet to check that your power supply is adequate. I've never personally had this issue but I have heard that it's possible for an unsteady supply to affect gameplay. (This might need verification.)
