    Late Emails, Missing Funds, Missed half a contest and more.....


    When life is going well, I usually enjoy the ride, but when things are not working and then I keep getting slapped in the face, I get mad (lets say like the hulk mad).

    A lot of you already know if you have Microsoft Credit, you may not have been able to use it as a payment option via the console, or web, for Music, Videos, or Games, due to a bug with the system. A lot of people have called, emailed, and chatted online
    and still the problem persist. I was promised a call back in two to three days, and it has been five. I have spent hundreds of dollars through the online credit system, and when it worked, it was great, but now there is an issue, no one wants to own up to
    it, or let users know what is going on.

    Then the slap in the face came when I go an email today stating "Earn a change to win the ultimate binge room". Great deal, but guess what, one of the redwards was to earn up to $5 credit if you bought $60 worth of games/movies every two weeks, yet it started
    4 weeks ago, so I already missed the first 2 chances just because I get the email 1/2 way through, and on top of that, if you do enough you could win their contest (https://xbox.promo.eprize.com/binge/).
    Oh do not let me forget, the only way I can pay for things is to use a credit card because my Microsoft Credit is unavailable.

    I hate to complain, but when you kick a person when things are down, people tend to fight back......

    Accidentally bought the Dark Knight trilogy in HD prior to registering...

    Will I get credited with contest entries after the fact?



    I bought the movies the day I received the contest email (this past Tuesday) but missed the sign up button and only just clicked it today. Did I completely screw up my chances for entries to the contest?

    I think you need to go back to Forza / turn 10 support.

    It's ingame currency and thus game related..

    Probably no one at Microsoft can sort this out for you.

    If you still have the code, try redeeming it again. If it says it's been used, you'll need to try contacting support to see if they can track the original transaction to your account. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    We need to validate if it was redeemed under the correct account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, once confirmed check your payment methods as well, please go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments.

    Once you were able to confirm and you’re trying to buy the game from your console please make sure that you’re signed in under the correct account.
