    Hello. My deposit of 1000 credits is delayed since 2016, and there it says that it is because of the billing address, but it is correctly, it is the Brazilian billing address

    You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. You spent your October 12, 2016 deposit on a purchase of Halo Wars 2 on December 13, 2016.

  3. Credit for Project Spark Closing Down

    Hello Miss Bijoux.

    I just checked the specific date, and I did in fact receive an Xbox Love Rewards Deposit of $20 on June 6, 2016. If that is from Project Spark closing down, why am I just now getting the message a whole two months late?
