    I purchased an xbox about a week ago and this site says it will be shipped by possibly FedEx. For a normal delivery, it would've took 2-3 business days. And I've heard no response on when my order is being shipped. Is it that there was a mishap in my
    order or is FedEx behind schedule?

    I agree with Smwutches. The situation is very serious. Maybe even next generation of consoles will be delayed. I pray for China and whole nation. 100 percent harware is manufactured there. Just be patient. It will come.

    I think the best thing is to practice patience. The controller will arrive already. If you don't hear anything on February 20th you could contact support.
