lastest update i lost more of my games i owned

First of i own xbox series S, and no im able to download games (this problem only with Cyberpunk 2077).

For the Storage I have more than enough storge + my xbox has the lastest updates.

+ If you please reply a bit faster if you could because i really wanna play this game.

I updated my PC to the lastest update and still no result, same issue. Tried with the 2 cables again.

I look forward to this game, I am a huge fan of the lastest AvP game and want more alien killing action.

and yes i have lastest version cuz I cannot update

For this, please check if you're able to see the redeemed game in your Microsoft account order history:
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If maybe you're not able to see the game listed there, make sure to change the filter “ordered within” to “all available”, and if you have more than one email address check the order history on each one.
