    Lastest Beta breaks Remote Play (again)


    Just a heads up for those using remote play : Just upgraded to Beta but this breaks remote play again (using windows 10 app). I could connect once and play, but after losing my connection due to inactivity I could not reconnect again. Problem remained until I rebooted my xbox so this is the old problem again.

    Moved back to Delta and the issue is gone.

    Xbox Remote Play Freezing

    Hi Oskayra,

    Thank you for the reply.

    Yes, I can confirm it is just me playing remotely when the video stream freezes.

    This also causes the video stream to the local tv that the Xbox is plugged into, to break. I only try this after the remote play stream has cut out, not at the same time. After remotely freezes, the only way to use the Xbox again is to turn the main power on and off again.

    It's a Beta, you need to expect things like this to happen when playing in Alpha/Beta's, as it an early development build of the game, there will be many game breaking bug's during Alpha/Beta's play tests

    all you can really do is to close the game down and try again.

    YES, NOW!!!! Well that's the breaks..... Are you in the beta by chance??? A half hour of lost gameplay is not a big deal IMO. Good Luck dude... You got all weekend to play again.

    the BF3 beta had some bugfixes but then again the "beta" was an old version of the game so its kinda dumb. I will never understand companies that put out demos, call them betas and they aren't even remotely near the latest update.
