Last year my account was canceled for no reason, and I lost all of my rewards so I started ...

I have been a rewards member since the program first started. I have been with xbox for over 11 years, since the beginning. I had a lot of points and was high up on the star tier. In 03/2016 I went on to check my rewards, but my account had been canceled.
I called up and spoke with a representative, and I was told there was nothing they could do. Now I see people are having that same problem.

I posted a support problem yesterday due to my star tier not being increased, and I haven't received my vip star rank credits in over 3 months. I want my tier fixed, and my points awarded to me. I can't believe there is only a forum and not a live
rep to speak with. Now I see people are having their accounts deleted also. You have access to all of my xbox and Microsoft purchases through my account purchase history. I want my account completely fixed, from the beginning. If you read my previous post,
you will see I am one of xbox's biggest customers. I want my account fixed from years ago, and my star tier (cash back) to be properly updated.

In my previous post, I explained that I have four xbox live gold accounts, 2 xbox ones and 2 xbox one S. I have four Xboxes all together. I have every accessory, and I buy just about every game that comes out. Not only do I buy a ton of games, I buy
multiple copies of the games my family and I want to play together.

All I ask is that you fix my rewards account. I spend a lot of money on xbox and Microsoft products. I want my rewards account updated since I was first a member, which was the first day the rewards accounts came into existence. I deserve this for
being a dedicated customer for over eleven years.

Xbox live rewards progress not showing up

My xbox live rewards progress is not showing up .

I managed to complete some surveys of the past months, still I get no credits also I started and finished a game with all achievements and still theres no rewards for my progress..

My account is no longer from Australia, I changed the region to Ireland so with my new rewards account.

Basically soon after changing my account region to Ireland, I joined again to Xbox Rewards.

When I will receive the rewards credits from the past months surveys and from the game that I completed with all achievements???

 

Not earning rewards

I've noticed the last rewards activity on my account is 12/31/2016 with a status of pending and no rewards have been issued for this year at all. How do we get this corrected?

Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience. To be clear,
this is purely an error in presenting information on the webpage. All your data on our servers was unaffected.

Furthermore, we already responded to your post yesterday at (my rewards are all messed up).
