    Last Xbox Marketplace purchase didn't use my Xbox credits


    I have credit in my account that was converted over from left over Microsoft Points. I recently purchased Tales of Vesperia, but it charged my PayPal instead of using the credits in my account. I'd like that fixed.

    Unable to Purchase NBA 2k12 Code 8016CE52

    I attempted to purchase NBA 2k12 last night at around 11 PM and this morning at around 10:30 AM EST. I used the same credit card I have used for other XBLA purchases. I attempted to use my debit card to make the purchase.

    Same error message:

    Xbox LIVE Marketplace

    "Can't Retreive information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later.

    lost promotional code for a credit towards a future purchase

    I received a promotional code for purchasing a game (Battlefield 4) off the Xbox one marketplace back in February, i received a 25 character code for 15 dollars credit off a purchase again through the marketplace on a message. I for some reason lost that
    message on my Xbox one infer-face with that code for the credit, how can i get that message back? to use that code towards purchase on the online Xbox one marketplace?

    When you buy items from your console you can change your payment type when making the purchase. Look near the bottom of the window to see which button to press (it's either X or Y as far as I know)

    If you used the website to purchase the item, currency is not used. The site is not set up to accept them at the moment.

    On the console currency is used first and any outstanding balance is then charged from your alternate payment method.

    The punchcards are only for Xbox 360 games at the moment. I did earn VIP rebate credits for purchases made on the Xbox One marketplace last month which I wasn't expecting.

    Marketplace problem

    You can't use pre paid cards or Xbox account credit to purchase Xbox 360 content from your Xbox One. You have to use a credit card.

    This is not an error code. You cannot purchase Xbox 360 titles from the Xbox One using account credit or microsoft currency. The Xbox One uses the same marketplace interface as Xbox.com and therefore, you will need a Credit/Debit Card or PayPal on file to
    purchase BC titles. If you wish to use account credit or currency, you would need to purchase the games directly from an Xbox 360.
