Last Update & Equipment

Hi,

I'm a gamer from France. Since the last update, all my equipment does not work anymore.

I can't synchronize my controllers with my Xbox and my remote (from Konix) gets some trouble.

I thought the problem will be solved after a few days but for now, I can't use my Xbox to play...

Support will be appreciated...

Xbox One Disconnects from internet.

Ha, tried power cycling all the equipment multiple times. Mine works wired so I'm thinking the last update did something to the wireless hardware in some boxes.

The Witcher 3 Update

I am not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but upon having to update The Witcher 3, I am missing items on my New Game +. I have all the weapons and armor from the last game and had the best equipment for Roach. Now, Roach has no equipment. I must
say, I am disappointed.

Salut Damien!

That doesn't sound ideal, let's see if we can figure it out. First, have you tried

power cycling your console? This can usually resolve many weird issues that pop up. If your controllers still won't connect, can you hook your controller up to your console with a USB cable and see if that works? That will generally force a sync between
the controller and console if the buttons aren't working. If you're still having issues, I'd suggest trying a

factory reset. (Don't worry, you can keep your games and apps!)

Hopefully one of those things works! Keep us in the loop either way.

That doesn't sound ideal, let's see if we can figure it out. First, have you tried

power cycling your console? This can usually resolve many weird issues that pop up. If your controllers still won't connect, can you hook your controller up to your console with a USB cable and see if that works? That will generally force a sync between
the controller and console if the buttons aren't working. If you're still having issues, I'd suggest trying a

factory reset. (Don't worry, you can keep your games and apps!)

Hopefully one of those things works! Keep us in the loop either way.

Hi !

I tried a power cycling : doesn't work

I tried with a USB cable : doesn't work

I tried a factory reset : doesn't work

Worst of all : I could go to my Xbox Account with my remote but now I can't do anything ; I can't go to my Xbox Live Account to download my free games, I can't enjoy my Netflix account.

It looks like the last update is the worst thing I ever download... Moreover, my sync button on my Xbox 1 make some noise (a little bip as usual) but none of my controllers can join it...

Completely sad :/

I finally got the particle rifle last night

equipped it on my N7 Destroyer
