    Same thing has happened to me. I am also a member of the preview program. I was notified to update my console, and I did. However, I just thought that it was a regular update. I was greeted with an empty HDD after the update completed. Very, very frustrating
    to say the least. I assume we just have to re-download everything now.

    They are asking us not to update our consoles, but if we did, tough luck, give Microsoft $115. Great fix, guys.

    Just happened to me as well. Luckily the majority of my stuff is on the external 4tb drive. Going to start downloading back to the internal drive now. UGH. I'm also a preview member, FYI.

    Garbage, Microsoft... stop sending it to our XBOXES!

    Same happened to me and I too have pretty slow internet. If I put my console into offline mode it wont even let me install disc based games. I have to be online and it's taken 5 hours to install 35% of Murdered Soul Suspect. This is beyond unacceptable.
    I tried contact support but even that isn't working. It's not like we can reject the updates either. Does anyone know an email address I can complain to as Customer Service is closed and livechat isn't working?

    Same has just happened to me, lucky i only had a few games on my internal hardrive but, the updates and everything is going to be a joke
