Last Straw

Dear XBox,

I'm here to say that I finally give up on you. You were great while it lasted, but I'm moving on. I have been a dedicated customer since your first gen Xbox. The 360 to this day is still one of my all time favourite consoles. But after spending too much
money on game after game and have my console have so many issues over and over, and not being able to enjoy those games, I'm moving on to my Playstation for good. It's a more reliable console and I feel like my $500 was well spent in comparison. I didn't spend
$500 on my xbox just to constantly have issues with it and have your customer support tell me it's nothing up until my warranty ran out and then tell me you can fix it for a fee.

Thanks for all of the fun years. Perhaps one day you can win me back.

Removing features? Last straw!

I still haven't given up on Xbox, but after removing a feature I used daily was a major considered option. This should have been; like the kinect, turned into a turn on/off feature instead of removing altogether. Claims to make dashboard quicker? I still
have crashes, I have to take an extra step just to get back to the home dashboard.....how does this make it better? I want the old build back. I agree with PcGamer29 as everytime someone mention the other systems and why Xbox was because of mutlitasking. Now
it's just a system like anything else....why buy now?

 

Removing features? Last straw!

Removing the snap feature was the last straw for me. I bought 2 xbox ones and 2 kinects so my son and I could play and Skype. It's been perfect but now it's gone. When will companies learn to stop trying to draw the competition's fans and please yours?

I have bought xbox faithfully from the beginning, always buying for myself and 3 or 4 for others. I guess it's time to give the other guy a try.
