Last Seen: Home, always?

When you log off Xbox One, it seems to always say "Last Seen: Home" no matter WHAT you were actually playing. Every single offline person on my friends list currently says Last Seen: Home. If I look at my own profile using xbox.com, it says Last Seen: Home.
Doesn't matter if I turn off the system with Kinect, controller, or the console button.

Is this a glitch?

New Appear Offline Update

Xbox has now released an update to the Appear Offline Feature where it now says "Last Seen 12 Hours Ago on etc..." does anyone know a way to make where it says "Last seen: home" as when I try appearing offline while being Home it
will say instead say " Last seen on : Youtube" (The last app I used )

Do you always go home to sign out? I do so that's why it always says that. Maybe it's the same for you.

No. And I've actually started to actively TRY to make it say anything other than Last Seen: Home but it's impossible. That's why I posted.

Update: It appears to be related to power-saving mode. If you don't use instant-on, when you turn off your console it automatically returns to Home while shutting down, thus the Last Seen: Home.

In my experience, the last played thing is extremely buggy...whilst mine always displays things correctly, other people's doesn't....for example, recently, someone was online playing a particular game and then, not long after when they went offline, it was saying "Last on: 4 days ago"!

As for the Advisor rerouting, I'm not sure they have the power to do that. I think they meant that, as everything that can be done from here has been done, you'd need to contact support directly:
