last november xbox live game package giveaway

in November,i was notified by message from Microsoft on my 360,that I had won a game package that included an xbox one.

i called the Microsoft store number with the code they provided and everything was verified as correct.they send me a email saying it would ship 12/31/13.

so far,i have not received anything.i have talked to at least 6 support people,each one claiming to have discoved the problem,but still nothing.i wondered did anyone else get dumped on,or am I the only one.

More Giveaways Please?

The other platforms that host Neverwinter have had more giveaways recently than Xbox has. One particular one did a giveaway package for certain people that contained a month of VIP, a mount, and a mask. I would really like for Xbox to do this as well!
Who would be in charge of this? I think most Xbox players would really appreciate a giveaway like this. Please consider it!

Not sure what package you won but if it was the 4 games,console & 2 subs did you fill out & return the tax form?

Tbh,i don't think you'll get it now as you've left it to long but phone the number in the email,not normal support.

after a month of calls and not getting anywhere,i finally got someone who knew what he was doing and i got the xboxone on 2-12-14.

needless to say,i'm not very pleased with the customer support,but I am happy about winning.
