Discus and support Last Login Information in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was directed here by a billing support tech.     If you have an XB1 then you're already signed up. Your login information is the same info you use to login into Xbox Live.

    Unfortunately, Microsoft Xbox does not have any tools to manage any 3rd party accounts such as Epic Games, Ubisoft, Riot, Mojang, etc.

    Where are the Sudoku Admin's

    As of last night I am having the same problem. Other MS games login functions work fine. It looks like the login credentials for the game are gone. The Support boards are not providing any useful information. If I find anything useful I'll pass it on.

    That's what it looks like, but it wasn't done by us. I was the last one on the system last night, and the first one this morning. I am logged back in, but my children's and wife's information is gone. We don't remember their login information, and have zero
    idea on how to get it back. Does this mean that all of my son's game save information is gone too? Everything he worked for for a year?

    Hi,

    This site is so broken, I just created a new Microsoft Account with my first name and last name included in the profile and got the following error when trying to sign in to the design lab:

    You can not login right now. Your Microsoft account doesn't contain information about First Name,Last Name. Update your profile and login again

    So disappointing.
