    with someone who is using unauthorized software or methods Continuing with this type of behavior can lead to further enforcement actions, including, but not limited to permanent account suspensions and console suspensions.
    Means nothing!!!!!!!!!!!
    He is a 12 year old who was playing a game with his friends - please explain what they were doing wrong????

    My son's account has been suspended... why?

    If he is on a child account you will need to log in at enforcement.xbox.com with the parent account to view his ban. From there you can file a case review to appeal the ban. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    Hi

    My son has woken up to day to find the following message....

    Choose something else because your past behaviour you cannot play multiplayer games online.... why?

    My son played Rocket League on Monday and was scammed when he traded with someone, he game them one of his best items and then took it and he got nothing in return. He reported it and then today he received this..... our assumption is the person who scammed
    him got bitter and reported him for something he hasn't done.

    Please advise.

    Hey there unfortunately the Enforcement Team (XBLPET) do not read this part of the forums.

    You will need to post this forum in the account suspensions and console bans section where those guys work, Here is a link to those forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

    However it is well known that when an account is suspended and email is sent to the account linked to the gamertag in question I would recommend checking there. you can also check your accounts passed and current enforcement actions by heading over to

    enforcement.xbox.com/.../ShowEnforcementHistory
