Last 3 days Taptiles won't sign into Xbox

Having the same problem In the last few days with both Mahjong & Solitaire. Solitaire was working & Taptiles wasn't. Now Solitaire won't work, but Taptiles does.

I'm sorry, but do you guys ever actually try out the methods you recommended? Because you'd know immediately that:

1. You don't need to sign in Game app to sign in to Taptile App. And in this case there will be no account to sign out of.

2. Even if you sign in to Game app, signing out from there does NOTHING to log you out of Taptile app.

In conclusion, your last recommendation is USELESS as well.

I have read that this issue is a common amongst other users, and it is specific only to Taptiles.

The actual sign in button may be a browser issue, though it is unlikely, it is best to be sure. Other than that, the last idea I have is; to test Taptiles on another user on your computer with another Microsoft/Xbox account or just try with another Microsoft/Xbox
account.

If this does not work, then as far as my knowledge goes it may be a Taptile developer issue. In that case you may have to contact Microsoft support. I'm sorry that this is hindering your gaming experience.

Further correction: I find I can sign into MS Jigsaw, Mahjong, and Taptiles OK. It is just Solitaire and the main Xbox account which won't let me in. The latter is particularly curious, since Jigsaw etc are accepting the same username and password...

I have been signed in to both accounts, restarted the computer, but there is no difference for me with Taptiles. It gives the message that I need to update it to play the Daily Challenge, but the store says there are no updates. This has happened in the
past and Taptiles must have done something for this to happen again. Eventually, it just resolved itself the last time, but not because I did anything.
