    I bought an Xbox gift card for easter for my son, its from Costco, and its for $50. He scraped off the back sticker part and it took off the last 2-4 digits, so he cant access the $50.

    I have my Costco reciept showing I purchased it if you need it.

    The barcode number is:

    3878153095880836

    The part under the sticker that he scratced off is [mod removed]

    the last couple digits after 47 are scratched off. I can send a picture if needed.

    You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us or try contacting Costco to see if they can exchange the card. Otherwise, all you can do is try guessing the other digits.

    There should be an 800 number on your receipt or on the card to call. Gift cards are handled by a third party company that purchases the codes from Microsoft

    If its anythjng else you MUST FOLLOW the instructions on the card unless you scratched it off then you must guess the last digit

    Do you mean 19 digit code then the scratch off one? As mine has a 19 digit code then next to that is the scratch of thing. Am on the game.co.uk website now I have clicked on the gift card option and it wants a digit code and a pin code. When I click on info
    it says Your 19 digit gift card number and 4 digit pin code on the back of the gift card. Not sure if I have the correct card you see.
