Large Hands, Puny Input Machine

Hello,

I will tell you my story, straightforward and plain. I am a very large man.

Tall...not wide.

Since age 10, I've measured in at 6'3" to now 6'7" at age 26. As you can imagine, my extremeities match to proportion. Through logic and observation whilst out in society, I can report that there are others like myself. We have large hands.

When I first played your original Xbox console, the controller was perfect. Then, Microsoft reduced the size of their controllers. Then, the Xbox 360 was released with a similarly small controller. Then, the Xbox One/X were released with smililarly small
controllers. Please let me remind you that we have large hands. Only when I play Xbox do my hands hurt. They hurt while actively holding the controller from the moment I begin playing until I stop.

I do not believe that a "One Size Fits All" controller can be considered the most advanced/comfortable gaming device when the Gaming World does not have "One Size Fits All"

hands, so I am not interested in your Elite Controller.

I've always loved Microsoft products and I find it odd that you do not offer at least one, if not two, larger controller size options.
I will not consider purchasing third-party products due to the high-quality of your own. This consideration has made me a return customer for so many years.

How can Microsoft help me address this issue?

Depends how the beta is (if I get accepted). I'm just wary that Miyazaki has no real direct input in the game anymore but more than that the fact that the publisher, Namco Bandai, had a hand in his replacement as they want the series to appeal to a larger
audience, time will tell.

 

Although not made by Microsoft it might be worth looking at the third party controller called Duke that is due out in a few months.

GDS 1972 has answered your question. The original Xbox controller, called The Duke is getting an Xbox One makeover and will be revived in a couple of months time. This controller is huge compared to the standard controller. You can read more about it here: The
