    I have over 1600 songs for Rock Band as well as good amount of other DLC on the console. I use 2 external HDDs as well as the internal. On the old dashboard I had 0 issues with DLC. On the NXOE that all changes. I chose to redownload all my songs to test
    this and I'm sure there is a problem. As more and more DLC gets added it seems to affect the profile. When I download anything it takes 40 to 60 seconds for the system to recognize it and give me the "ready to start" message. If I access the store on the dashboard
    it can take up to 2 minutes for the prices to appear. If I remove the hard drive it still does this, and isn't fixed until I reset factory defaults and clear out the cache. The system seems to cache all DLC and attach it to your profile, creating a huge list
    it must parse through every time your profile is involved. Even achievements take a long time to notify or do not notify at all. There is clearly a problem with the NXOE and how it caches info against your profile.

    xbox slowing down

    my xbox 360 slim seems to be getting pretty slow, i have frame rate issues paying call of duty for example when alot of zombies are around and specially playing local split screen with my brother. also when im playing games and i press guide button it comes
    up laggy and slow. this seems like a frame rate issue that was just happening on my black ops 2 but it also happened in black ops 1 and when i crash when im playing gta 4. it mite be the cpu or processor...idk. i tried clearing cache and installing games to
    my hd but no luck Large amount of DLC slowing down profile activities on NXOE :(. any suggestions why this happens? or how to fix it? please help.

    Hey mate,

    Rather then factory reset, have you tried just giving it a hard boot instead? This shuts down all background processes, and might just kick it back into gear for you.

    How to hard boot? With the console on, hold down the power button on the front of the console for 10seconds until the console switches off. Leave it for a minute or two, then power it back on again. It should show the green xbox screen before loading to
    dash, which shows its been done correctly.

    Any slowness or lag on the UI is usually fixed by a hard boot, so is well worth a try Large amount of DLC slowing down profile activities on NXOE :)

    Tried it multiple times. I've tried everything. As soon as the DLC count goes up it becomes brutally slow. I did the factory settings twice as proof, both times it was the only solution to clear the "cache".

    Welcome to the creators' circle 5 Your Community Creations content has been reviewed at least 5 times.

    Yup they take down created items, now that dont get a large amount of reviews and downloads, because it slows their servers down, they figured this out with WWE 12, and carried it over to 13 to keep the servers going fast, sucks if you have good stuff,
    but dont get alot of hits on it though.
