    DLC for games will show up in My Games and Apps > Games > Push START (3 lines button) on your game > Manage game > DLC is located there to download.

    If it's not available for use yet then it may take time for it to be backwards compatible, since it's new.

    I would assume as soon as possible since the game is on the backwards compatible list.

    I don't have any specific dates I can give.

    not all dlcs are backward compatible, but it may be released in the following weeks.

    It's usually shortly after. It may be region locked to certain places only currently but I doubt it, I was trying to find it through the site earlier and could only find the demo.
