Laptop freezing

I'm using windows 11, I just bought this laptop 15 days ago. I have updated everything. This only happens when using puzzle.

Please answer the following questions to assist you properly :

Are you on Windows 10 or 11?
Do you know if your system or any hardware component received an update recently?
Is this happening only when you play Microsoft puzzle or with games in general? (Test with a different game, for example solitaire collection)

And, which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

May I know if you laptop have both dedicated and integrated/discrete graphics card?

If you're not sure, please do this:

Open Windows Settings > Display > Graphics
Once there under "add an app" select "Microsoft store app" > click on Browse > select Microsoft puzzle

Once you add it, click on it > options > power saving > click on Save. Restart your PC and give it a new try.

May I know if your graphics card driver is up to date? (Check manufacturer website if necessary and download / reinstall the driver from there)

Thanks, that's really strange. Do you know if the issue started happening even before updating your PC?

May I know if you tried reinstalling the game to see how it goes?

If you already tried reinstalling the game let's try something different:

Open Task manager > go to startup tab > disable all the programs listed there.
Finally restart your PC and give it a new try.

In case you don't know if the issue started happening before updating your windows please uninstall the latest updates (once you uninstall one, test the game and repeat)
