language setting preventing download of gears of war 1+3

recently purchased gears of war ultimate edition, can use codes to download gears 2 and redemtion. But when trying to down load Gears 1 and 3, receiving notification cannot download due to language setting. Please change region. Have changed region and still
same issue , not able to download gears 1 and 3

Bought Gears of War 4, received all 4 codes for the Xbox 360 games, but i'm not able to redeem Gears of War 1 and 3.

Gears of war 2 and Judgment works fine

whenever i key in the codes i keep getting this message "change your language region in settings"

I'm from Malaysia, the problem is, the system language region setting in my console does not have my country name.

 

Purchased Gears of War 4 yesterday and only two redeem codes work...

So I bought Gears of war 4 yesterday hoping that I would be able to download the four previous games as it says on the box as I'm new to the franchise. Gone to redeem the codes and only Gears of War 2 and judgement redeem. 1 and 3 says that I can't acquire
them i my current language? I bought the game in the UK and have that as my language setting...

 

Language settings would not affect downloads. It would be the actual region of your account and your physical location. Those games are region locked, so in order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be
in a location where the games are available for download.

Live account region matches your physical location<< and try again.
