    Language Problem


    I need help with several Microsoft problems but cannot seem to find anyone who is fluent in English on the telephone. Isn't there a way I can send an email and get an email response? I just can't understand the folks on the phone, who are not native English
    speakers. How do I get help?

    Might be worth adding: I signed up with a new account when I went through the initial setup process (couldn't work out how to log in using the "" account that I am currently posting with)

    Language problem

    Hi all,

    I moved to Japan yesterday and bought a Japanese xbox360. During the initial setup, I set Location to JAPAN and language to ENGLISH. Unfortunately, absolutely everything outside of "my xbox" is 100% in Japanese. Is there any way to change this to English?
    Having only been in the country for about 48 hours, I don't understand a whole lot of it unfortunately!

    Thanks for any help that can be offered!

    How can I get help? Why isn't there an email address for us to ask for help? I posted on this forum, but I have no idea where or how to get the answer. I'm SO angry at Microsoft, and their inability to response to customer's complaints. I feel so helpless.
    No way to contact you by email, your phone agents aren't fluent in English, and letters are ignored. I've been trying to solve my problems with Microsoft since 2016 and still can't solve ANY of the problems. Obviously this will go nowhere, too.

    Hi, i have the same problem. I bought the chinese Version of the XBOX One. I could nowhere read that it is locked down to allow only chinese nor the sales team told me. now i am stuck on it and cannot change it to a different language. Microsoft support
    did not even respond to my mails.
