Language of the XBOX One

Hi,

After changing the region the language has been changed as well. It is very uncomfortable because I live not in my home country.

I expect that I can change my location and my language separately when I buy a device. How can I do it?

if you cannot set hungary up as an xbox one region then you can't redeem it on the Xbox one

As someone already posted he cannot select hungary as a language it's means it's not a Xbox one region

Xbox one languages are region independent but not Xbox 360 games and yes gears 3 is one of the few that check for language regions

Call of Duty: WWII Xbox One

Hello,

I want to buy a physical copy of Call of Duty: WWII on Xbox One from the Swiss Microsoft shop. In what language I will get the game? Can the game language be changed to whatever language I want?

At the moment language is tied to your location hopefully they will sort it out soon and allow you to decide what language you actually speak.

First your account language has to be one of the supported languages as language packs do.have to be made

Languages are based on xbox live regions if you dont live ina xbox live region or you live in one but its not the main language its unlikely to be added

Game disks are not coded for regions for the Xbox One and the language should be based on the language that your Xbox One console is set to under Settings > System > Language and Location.

To change the language setting on the Xbox One -

Go to Settings > System > Language and Location > Language > there are 20 languages to choose from there

So "Greek" and "Hungarian" is a supported country. Good to know!

Each County/Region has specific languages that are available in Xbox Live. If you're changing your Xbox Live Region to one that has multiple languages available, you'll be given the option to choose your "preferred language". If that option is not available,
that means that only one language is available for that Region.

Here’s how to change your Xbox Live account language:

Go to Billing Account Information at
live.xbox.com/.../billingaccountinformation.

Sign in using your Microsoft account.

If multiple languages are supported for your country or region, select a language from Preferred Language.

Note The Preferred Language option does not appear if only one language is supported (for example, in the United States).

Click Save.
