Language of digitally downloaded games and DLC

Hello, I'd like to download Fallout 4's DLC and have it in english but I live in Italy. For the game it's not an issue since I can just change the locale, but since I need to use my (italian) billing address to buy from the xbox one store, will the DLC be
in italian only? Even if I change back to an english language/locale afterwards?

Or would the only way to get it in english be changing my locale and billing info to Ireland momentarily?

Corrupted games xbox migration accounts

Migration doesn't change the language of your already downloaded dlc

It only affects future downloads

 

Digitally downloaded games

My best friend and I have the home share thing on our Xbox Ones. We are gonna get the digital version of NBA 2k 17. I'm currently at college and I didn't bring my Xbox with me, but my roommate did bring his. If I sign into my account on his Xbox and download
the game will I still be able to download it onto my Xbox back at home?

 

You wouldn't be able to change it

When you change locale you need to enter the appropriate account and billing info

 

Not to mention you can't keep that setting as fallout 3 is region locked

Meaning obtaining something not of your region won't work for that game

 

But...I got the game in england. Does that change anything? dang, this is so needlessly complicated

 

also i thought games for the xbox one were region free?

 

sorry for the triple post but...how about the season pass, is it really region locked? Could I get it from amazon, maybe?
