Language/location problem with Live content

Discus and support Language/location problem with Live content in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I live in Mexico but prefer the Dashboard and content in English... now that languages are unlocked I chose English as language (language region US)...     Language/location problem with Live content


    I live in Mexico but prefer the Dashboard and content in English... now that languages are unlocked I chose English as language (language region US) with my location Mexico, but now I don't get any dynamic content from Live, not even the store. Does anyone
    share the same problem? Is it a general thing that will be addressed in a future update?

    Download Tomb Raider not in English but in Frecnch/german (region Belgium)

    You can however you will have issues with region locked content if your account location doesn't match your actual location

    Your language of your dlc is usually set by the region of your account

    Very few content digitally will support multiple languages

    If you want english support in an non english region your only option is to buy english disks

    my xbox will not let me get new membership live

    My xbox won't let me renew my membership for live.

    it says my region is wrong.

    i have been on live chat for hours with no solution to my problem.

    in setting my language and location all say Australia which is correct.

    the keyboard language says english (united states) but their is no english Australia.

    Language

    Spoken language

    The spoken language setting determines the language that will be used for voice commands.

    Microsoft always frustrates with language problems with Xbox

    Crass tone aside, ngocphi is correct. While the console's language setting can be altered under Settings, System, Console Settings, Language it's the physical region that you're located in that determines availability of content in languages as well as the
    language of the Marketplace regardless of console setting.

    Same problem. Why and for what reason they've made the location and the language independant? I live in a foreign country but english is my native language. Its wrong that I cant configure that on my box. One thing for the interface but completely another
    problem for the kinect fonctionality.
