Language/localisation problem for Fallout 3 from Marketplace.

That's how region checks works

Usually you get blocked before that step but by using a code it is assumed you are using it in the right region

However the xbox checks twice that's why you are failing

This does not happen with all dlc but with triple A titles you are taking your chancez

I have no problem to move my account back to Belgium. But according to the rules I have to wait 3 months to do this.

It is not my fault I got the wrong content. I was not presented with an option to choose which language the game was in. Like I said, Marketplace decided I was French speaking, which I'm not. Even my IP-provider is located in the Flemish region. So the mistake
is totally at Microsoft's side.

If it is not possible to get English content, then why are all the other games I have downloaded from Marketplace in English? This is the first time this has happened. At least the game should be in Dutch then. Or they should at least give the option before
downloading the game, which language that you want. For a Billion dollar company, the can't be that difficult.

I want something better and more logical as an answer.

What you are talking about is completely different

Dvd are one language

Meaning if you import a disk it's one set language even if you are in china with an English disk

The marketplace is not like that

It looks at your location and your dlc and decides what is available to you

This is whats happening

You put your location to UK

However your ip is belgium

You redeem the code on a UK account there to get English content

It queues the English content

However xbox sees you are in belgium ip

It says No you aren't allowed and cancels the download

Since it is a code it goes by your account region however since you are failing the region check for UK content that's why you are failing the download

You can only download the Belgium content
