    Language issue on Shadow of War


    Hello! I just bought Shadow of War today and installed it, I have run into a bit of a problem as the language displayed is German, which is not my language. My X-box is set to Norway with the language being Norwegian.

    My question is: How do I fix Shadow of War to be English?

    Language issue on Shadow of War

    Hopefully you figured this out, but just in case anyone else searches for this.

    From the main screen you will have four options:

    • Start
    • WBPlay
    • Change Profile
    • Options

    Choose the bottom box for Options (which will display in whichever language is selected.

    Then, go right twice to the audio/sound options (looks like a speaker). The options are:

    • Listening Environment
    • Master Volume (slider)
    • Sound effects volume (slider)
    • Dialog volume (slider)
    • Music volume (slider)
    • Play speaker test
    • Subtitles
    • Audio Language
    • Text Language
    Change the bottom two to the language of your choice (from supported languages)/

    You can change the audio or text language in Shadow of War by
    going to Options > Sound from the main menu. From here, you can change the audio language, textlanguage,
    and enable subtitles. Note that you can only make adjustments to the audio and text language from the main menu before entering the game.

    So is the issue with your entire your XBOX Game Pass subscription? Or is the issue with only with Shadow of War?
