language is English. location is the problem ?

on what device are you experiencing this?

Since on the Xbox One I can select Finland as region and English as Language.

And is it happening for any game or only a specific one?

As long as your account region matches your physical region you should have no issues downloading games.

It is not an issue if you are in on the xbox one

However on the 360 or 360 marketplace you must go with your nationally supported languages

This include bc titles

my xbox it say Language: English, Location: U.S., Spoken Language: English (U.S.)

Just set your location and language to Canada English not us english
