    Buy a card that contains the code to download the game COD Black ops 1, but when I try to change it appears that I can not change the language and the region, I am in AR USA, I have the console with the language English from USA, and the USA region, I do
    not know which one I should put or what I should do, thank you.

    Fundemental Error Theory.

    People are quick to judge others before understanding someones situation. ie, english might not be his first language.

    I would recommend giving a call to
    Phone Support     for that issue.

    Hello,

    Please confirm that your account region is set to Belgium by visiting this page
    here     (look under Country/Region). If your account's region is set to somewhere totally other than where you're living then you would have received the game in the
    language that is of that country/region.

    This can happen if you have an account in the United States, Canada, or various other regions where the default language is English. I suspect that your account region is not set to Belgium which is why you've received this game in English.

    When i go to the link you gave me, i can see in my account profil ( just above my avatar ) that my country is BELGIUM ...

    So what can i do ? I don't understand why they sell me an english game ...

    Is your console's Language/Locale also in French (Belgium)? You can check that information by visiting this page
    here.

    If you've checked those two things (Country/Region and Locale) then I'm honestly not too sure why you'd end up with a game in English. It's possible that there's no version in your language so it defaulted to English, but I honestly don't have any idea. Usually
    it gives you the default language of the region you're in which should have been either French or Dutch.
