Language error when to redeem a code

it tell me i can't redeem the code because of the language, and when i tried to redeem it in the website it told the code is already redeemed

What error message/code do you receive when you try redeeming the code? Does your account region match your physical location?

That game is region locked so that is usually the issue when trying to redeem it.

I tried all region and language combination, it all told me cannot redeem on my region and language. I guess it cannot redeem on Earth

I've seen this error myself, I had to switch the language from English to my native language and then the redeeming worked like expected. After redeeming the code you can switch back again to your desired language.

It shouldn't really result in a change to your Xbox Live functions.

Yes it will work since the xbox codes are not region locked and they are valid worldwide, if you redeem the code when you have already set the xbox as russian the game will be installed directly with the russian language, if you change the language/region
after you have redeemed the code you will find an update when you will start the game (normally are few MB of download)

When trying on the console the language to which the console is set must need to be the language required by the region for that code in order to be able to redeem

Also keep in mind that 360 games like Fallout 3 are regionally locked and can only be redeemed and downloaded in that specific region.
