LAN games won't get detected

^^Thats probably "hit detection" related and BO1 was notably bad with hit detection problems, even apparently on LAN settings, not just online. They both seem the same to me, dunno for sure. That is weird how BO1 was better for you though.

If I'm not misremembering you get a detect life as the reward for the side quest at Treva's Watch. You have to infiltrate the fort and open the gate. Be sure to doing the way you're told or they won't come in and you won't get your reward. The Aura Whisper
shout also detects life.

The wifi is not working on my device, but I can connect through a LAN cable, but if there's no LAN I won't be able to connect since there's an error with my device.

Well, it's not the issue, it's a symptom. Hit reg is a factor of server-client timing = LAG.

The fact is serverside hit detection > client-side hit detection

But I think the reviewer could also be an idiot because DICE could have set him up on a lan like server. Obviously you would have no lag than but the idiot should know that.

Events hosted for reviews are LAN. They were most likely sitting on top of the servers. He may be used to the hit detection through online server and the change was most likely due to the LAN event and not the DLC. The review most likely just is jumping
the gun and thought any change is good change.
