Laid Back, Age 30+ Clan Recruiting

I represent a fairly small group of Xbox-only adult gamers who have pre-ordered Destiny and are looking for good people to join us. There are a few basic requirements (too many requirements are just annoying):

1. Be at least 30 years old

2. Have and use a microphone during game play

3. Be respectful and have fun

I've been part of other groups that have claimed to be casual or laid back, and I have to say in my experience, there are few that hold true to that description... but we do. There's no squeaky whining from pre-teens, all of our members understand real-life
responsibilities and many don't have the time to commit to strict clan requirements like KD ratio, minimum number of hours played with the clan, or forced participation.

We have a forum that you can use, but you're not required to, and you can feel free to be a member of other groups too. Don't have time to post on the forums? That's okay. Have to leave a game mid-match to change a diaper? No problem. Have to grab a cold beer
or get a refill on your coffee? Great... feel free. Like I said... we're pretty laid back.

All that being said, we play other games too such as Titanfall, Battlefield, COD, and Halo. Please feel free to come by the site, register and say hello. We want to make sure you have the opportunity to check us out without having the commitment issues most
groups do. Finally, if you aren't keen on registering in a community, feel free to shoot me a FR on Xbox Live and I'll play some Destiny with you. I usually play one or two nights a week after work. GT =

What is the age to join the clan going to be I am looking for a over 30 clan that is laid back buy the way I am 41..

I have been looking for a gaming clan for gamers 30+ I just like gaming with gamers my age am 40.a laid back clan that loves to have game nights and so on.am not really looking for clan that are 18 and up.i know there are some clans for 30 and over and 40

I'm seeing a lot of people looking for Xbox friends here... Being in my late 30's, I had been looking for a group of people to play with on Xbox myself for a long time. I got so tired of "clan requirements" that I gamed solo for years until recently... I'm
now part of a gaming group that you may want to consider if you might think we're the right fit for you.

A little about us:

-all adults 30+ -don't care about KD ratio -don't care if you belong to other gaming groups -we just want to have fun -we ask that you be respectful -we prefer that you have a mic -male and female members -we like beer -no commitment requirements -no "tryouts"
-we frown upon rage quitting -willing to laugh at ourselves when we do something stupid (I crash a lot) -members on XB360 and XB1.

Hi, being 'older' I struggle to play as much as I did before family commitments in fact If I get two hours a night in thats good going lol, I really don't like random groups and am yet to finish the 3man content of destiny. Would my time online be a problem?
I really want help with the daily and weekly skirmish's and start getting in to a few raids. Even if i have completed them I really don't mind helping others as theres always a chance i'll get a purple (that I can turn into a blue lol).
