    Lagging while I play Multiplayer!!


    I have called support multiple times and even my ISP, neither have an answer to my problem! I'm lagging too bad to even play COD:AW & my speeds are 60mbps download and 7mbps upload! my latency on my Xbox is 103ms but on my desktop its 13ms and both are wired
    directly to the modem! Xbox also varies with packet loss while my desk it has a constant 0%! If anyone has any ideas please help I've also took my Xbox back to Ganestop and replaced my Xbox due to the thought of that being the issue! but it wasn't so please
    help me!!

    I am lagging while I play online games, it’s nothing to do with my internet.

    Open Nat Type But Still Lagging

    I've lagging or always in red bar every time i play multiplayer. I'm using a wireless adapter. Also i'm on xbox 360.

    Hi there!

    Your upload speeds and download speeds are fine indeed, with 0% packet loss it doesn't seem to be data loss.

    However, perhaps your router/modem restricts or limits the data on certain ports.

    Here's the support page telling you which ports need to be open and how to open them:

    support.xbox.com/.../network-ports-used-xbox-live

    Make sure all the ports listed on this page are open, and that your NAT type is not strict.

    There is packet loss also with my Xbox but not with my modem or desktop

    Does it lag out while playing multiplayer? or is it singleplayer as well?

    what do you use for Display

    I have a 46 inch LCD at 120hz and it has been awesome for gaming.

    If you're suffering lag deaths while playing an online multiplayer game I'd wager that's not because of the TV's refresh rate.....
