Lagging out of Xbox

Discus and support Lagging out of Xbox in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; MeOk so I've had this problem for about two months and have contacted Xbox support 8 times.     Lagging out of Xbox


    MeOk so I've had this problem for about two months and have contacted Xbox support 8 times. Each time I get a different solution. None of them worked. My problem is basically I would be playing my game and all of a sudden I would lag out of my Xbox completely.
    I get kicked from the game and party and am forced to restart my Xbox every time this happens. This happens at least 25 times a day and is very annoying. I have tried everything and nothing works. Today, I just realized I was in the Xbox insider program, and
    my problem didn't start until I joined, I have a feeling the early updates I get from the Xbox insider thing is causing me to lag out. Could this be it? Also, when it asked me to choose a forum I didn't know what to pick so I just went with console.

    hi there I have had this problem as well.

    Hard setting the xbox might do the trick if this fails tho test your Internet connection some time nat type changes on its own.

    Leave the console off for about 15 minets give it time too cool down.

    Make sure all wires are connected to the router properly as sometimes they do come loose.

    Let us know how you get on hope your problem is resolved soon.

    If it continues I would give xbox live support team a phone.

    I'd recommend Energy Saving, just because I find it doesn't lag out my Xbox, unlike Instant On, where it lags the crap out of my Xbox!

    It might be hard to track down but you could also go here and do a test www.pingtest.net but this ping spike not actually show up at the time you run the test.
