    Lagging Out of Games


    So I've been playing Mortal Kombat X and I am constantly lagging out of matches. I haven't been able to complete a king of the hill match, but 1v1's work better as I can actually play these without lagging out on some. Any help is appreciated. Download
    speed is 1.35 Mb/s (AKA not great)

    Hi!

    Does this problem also happen with other multiplayer games? Try clearing the system cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again.

    If it does not work, try deleting the alternative MAC address of the console. Go to: "Settings"->"All Settings"->"Network"->"Network settings"->"Advanced settings"->"Alternate MAC address"->"Clear".

    Lagging out of games

    I play overwatch with my gf, we use same ISP. Two straight games in the competitive playlist, I have lagged out, but my gf has not lagged out or experienced lag at all in these games. Everything pauses in the game but I can still move around, that's when
    I know I'm lagging out. Why is this happening to me but not my gf? We are on the same connection. Two days ago, the problem was that I couldn't connect to multiplayer games in For Honor, now I'm dealing with this crap.

    My Xbox multiplayer connection tests tell me that I have unavailable NAT. my Xbox refers me to Xbox.com/xboxone/Teredo on the main network page. I'm just at a loss at this point. This is over my head.

    Hi there!

    Download speeds of 1.35 mb/s may be too slow for some games and services on Xbox LIVE. While there isn't necessarily a required speed, at least 2 or 3 mb/s is recommended.

    Are you getting any packet loss? Should you be getting more than 1.35 mb/s? If so, try restarting your router/modem and your Xbox.

    My packet loss averages around 2-3%. 1.35 mb/s is what I should be getting. Something tells me that there isn't anything to do to help fix the problem besides getting better internet. Thanks for the reply!

    My packet loss averages around 2-3%. 1.35 mb/s is what I should be getting. Something tells me that there isn't anything to do to help fix the problem besides getting better internet. Thanks for the reply!
