    Lagging and jerky home screen problems


    Hope somebody cam help, my Xbox One X is very laggy and jerky on home screen and basically every different screen i go on to. I have had my Xbox checked and nothing was found to be wrong, also had problems with online gaming also, but the jerky movement
    between pages is horrendous.

    Hi Frank,

    Thanks for letting us know its working. Sometimes a file gets corrupt and a factory reset corrects that. I will go ahead and lock this thread as it has been resolved.

    Hi there,

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    if the problem remains be sure to try a Factory reset (with keeping games and apps installed). See this link for the steps:

    https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

    Keep in mind that this will require to redownload your profile, which requires the account credentials.

    Oh the campaign was immense, and I really enjoyed it. What I did not enjoy is the jerky, lagging nonsense that is, still to this day, the Multiplayer.
