LAG, PACKET LOSS,CONTROLLER DISCONNECT, LAG, LAG ETC....

Discus and support LAG, PACKET LOSS,CONTROLLER DISCONNECT, LAG, LAG ETC.... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Especially on b4. I don't know if it's the ea servers, xb1 or both?     LAG, PACKET LOSS,CONTROLLER DISCONNECT, LAG, LAG ETC....


    Especially on b4. I don't know if it's the ea servers, xb1 or both? I've tried everything on my end and no one can confirm that ea is even working on their servers. I love bf4 and have been patiently waiting on info from ea or xbox support. All they can
    tell me is that ea is aware of the issues and is working on solutions. I'm about ready to get my money back on this system. I've been an xbox fan since day one of the 360 but It just seems like the xb1 was thrown together to make a deadline or something.

    lag comp

    DL and UL speeds have nothing to do with lag or lag compensation. So please stop blaming lag comp on your beast connection. Its your ping and packet loss that matter. I recently upgraded to 50 down 10 up and have noticed zero difference in lag from my
    old 20 down 3 up package. My ping is pretty much the same as it ever was.

    I hope your service provider did find the culprit, and that you're back up and running under normal conditions.

    Its well known that BF4 has been extremely buggy from launch, from not being able to connect to servers, getting booted randomly off servers, crashes, lag and glitches. As far as I am aware its on EA's end and as you have said they are working on progressing
    updates to solve various issues.

    I personally stopped playing temporarily untill they fix the issues which I feel strongly, that they will.

    Is there a way to determine if this is all my ISP's fault? When I pinged other servers I only got packet loss from American servers. I don't know if that means something, but I think I'll contact my ISP finally just to make sure.

    Do you have your console's network settings set to obtain IP settings automatic?

    If you use PPPoE/A as your connectivity method, do you also have to authenticate yourself with username and password to your ISP's realm? If so, have you configured these crendentials in your router's settings for PPPoE/A connectivity mode?

    If you do not have to authenticate yourself with username and password, it might be a lease time duration configured on the device in transit. To release this, leave your networking devices unplugged for up to 15 minutes and then try connect your console.

    But then again, if it all works seamlessly for you, don't mess around with it.
