Lag on every game for 2 years. HELP NEEDED!

hello,

i have a serieus latency problem for a long time, ill explain. Om basicly every game i own (mw1,2,3 bo1,2,3 halo1,2,3,4,5 gta5) i get a little lag spike from 2-3 sec every min or so. This has been happening for all the time i own a xbox360 and xone. It happends
at any time and ive never played 5 min without lag in my whole xbox experience.

i have a tp-link wr1043nd and a genesis modem.

This is what ive tried:

open nat. by unpn, dmz and/or by opening ports

ethernet cable directly to router( 80 dl, 20 upl, ping: 160 ms- ! Which i think is the problem!)

diffent dns server ( google one)

(ive searched the internet for a year now and no-one had the same problems as me so i coulndt find a solution...)

all without succes, then i contacted my isp and we were send a new router: a sitecom wlr-4004 v1. Wich changed the latency. On bo3 id get random connection interupted for 10 sec an then i could continue playing.( sometimes 3 matches are without lag an then
i get 3 interuptions in one game) halo 5 i can play arena (4v4) with the old lag spikes once in a while(less often) but on warzone (12v12) i get kicked every match(5 min into the game) saying: connection lost.

so it isnt any better

Note: ervytime a lag spike happends i cant hear nor talk in party or skype. So my whole xbox is disconnected from the internet for a few sec.

PLZ SOMEONE HELP. I cant stand it. (Is it the ping, if so how can i fix it)

Games freezing need help please

hi all just after a bit of help I've been playing battlefield 1 and new cod4 in every time I play on every game the game freezes/lags for example I'll be running forward all of a sudden it just freezes for 1-2seconds then continues on this happens about
every 2-5min, I've heaps of YouTube vids on lag but it doesn't help, Ive got 25mbps NBN so internet shouldn't be an issue any help would be great.

I lag on xbox one, I don't know how to fix it but I really need some tips into stop making me lag, on PS3 I didn't lag at all but on xbox one I lag every online game including grand theft auto online and call of duty, I lag out every match too, Help me please!

You claim your modem is branded as "Genesis". Or should it be Genexis? If so, which model?

Its grey and there is a white part on it were the 4 lan ports are

There should be a sticker on the bottom side of it with the modelnumber

to ping a specific server accross the ocean (Seattle, WA US) and not towards a specific server based on best ping.

 

Ive searched genexis on google and saw my modem. I Have a Genexis Hybrid. Hope that helps

 

the genexis is also a router ,if your using 2 routers...that may be the problem ...

 

Maybe upgrading the router would help if your internet mbps is already high.

 

The Genexis "Live Module" is replaceable with different types of modules/features, so it may well be that the module you have installed is also performing NAT. This would mean that your console is behind multiple levels of NAT, which often is an indication
of issues related to NAT traversal.

The WAN/Internet interface of your "tp-link wr1043nd" would reveal such information. If this is an IP address within the
private range, then your console is located behind multiple levels of NAT.
