    Many people suffer from connection issues causing lag, and blame it on hackers.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately, the advisor was giving you false information. Reporting people on the forums is not allowed.

    To report people, you must go to their Gamercard and select the 'Report' option. Follow the instructions on screen, and the player(s) will be reported to the Xbox Enforcement Team.
