Lag & freezes after update (10.0.19041.4850)

Same as well, after i quite a game, the dashboard will lag and Freeze, defo seems to be related to the latest firm ware, Here is hoping that MS will release a update that will address this.

Not sure if it's similar, but since the last update my Xbox one will freeze. It starts slow, a little lag, then if I try and turn it off it freezes. I have to unplug the console to reset it.

Has anyone had any issues with framerate/lag since the update, was fine before it but now sometimes its crippling and freezes the game

I don't know. I was told in party chat my mic kept cutting in and out. I can connect no problem to xbox live, tried connecting direct connect to modem and wireless to router but still lag in game where I basically run in place. No issues on internet browsers.
It doesn't make sense. I'd say it is my ISP except internet works flawlessly on other devices so I am just confused.

I experienced the same problems after the MW2/Black Ops (BO) update couple weeks ago. I have tried other games and the lag is only on BO (e.g. Halo was fine). Activision's website said the server status was at Defcon 5, all servers are running. I contacted
the help desk at Activision BO and they responded with the standard help desk answer of "make sure the game ports are open on the router and that Firewall is turned off". This is a crap answer as I have never had the problems before until the BO update. Running
speedtest.net shows nothing wrong with my Road Runner internet access and I did go through all the steps of making sure my network connection was good using the XBox network Live test. So I'm pretty sure you are right = the BO lag is caused by Activision's
recent update. BTW: All the lag problems magically disappered last night...
