Lag at night

The only thing i can think of is that your internet connection isnt so great?

This could be due to the internet although it is not 'peak hour,' have you performed internet speed tests?

Secondly, this could be due to the connectivity to Xbox Live have a look at the Xbox Live status website ' https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status '

Do you have others in household using wifi also around those times ?

A wired internet connection is better than usingg wifi. But you aren't the only one experiencing slower download speeds in the evening. Thats why I try to install new games and update in the morning. Also remember if you are installing or updating to
never cancel the download. Always pause, you can always pick back up at another time. Canceling could damage the file in rare cases.
