Lag after the new Windows 10 update

Hey, i already did all these methods but sadly nothing worked.

Now i need to uninstall this update and go back to Windows 10 1909.

Hi, we can try to isolate the problem a bit more in this case.
For this try this:

A. Open task manager> select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart the PC and try again

B. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

Hey, thanks for helping but i really don't want to uninstall the 22H2 update.

This update really looks cool and performs better.

But the only reason is i am getting lag spikes in games which are really annoying.

Is there any other way i could fix it?

Hello again, updates may come with bugs but fixes are released after a while, this week came out a new Update for Windows 10 and 11.
