Lad got my daughter banned

my daughter is nine and is currently banned, her and her friends play around and send each other multiple messages. For which she has now been reported and banned by her mate. How can I sort this out?

Yes, definitely try calling support. Although, I've had bad luck with support as they really have just a scripted number of steps they have to follow until they reach a solution, and if they don't, well then good luck.

Just have all your info ready (what happened, account numbers/credit cards, etc) and speak to a person and see what they say.

Communication bans usually do not last very long, unless there was a major infraction. The suspension will lift about the same time it was issued once the suspension has run its course. I would chalk this up to a live and learn lesson. So you know, suspensions
are not just acted on because somebody complained. All complaints are investigated, and only acted on if an infraction did occur. If she received a comm ban, its pretty certain that she did something to deserve the ban.

Probably she said something that is against the code of conduct and was banned because of that.

The enforcement team doesn't ymuse these forums so no help will be received from them here.
