    The Backwards Compatibility program ended a couple of years ago...the recent batch of games released was a special one-off to celebrate XBox's 20th Anniversary

    The Developer in question, Creative Assembly (their Australian arm), would be the ones to do it...however, given the negative reviews the game got at the time, combined with the fact that they abandoned the second game patch due to costs, makes me think it wouldn't be likely

    Hello Just_jake, regarding the addition of games in the backward compatibility list it is not only up to Microsoft but also on the developer to allow it to go to the list outside the rights of use, copyright etc.

    The best way to know if a game will be added to the list is through the Xbox News website.
